About these terms

These terms govern access to and use of Vaulta services. The specific services, fees, support commitments and data-processing terms for each customer are set out in the agreement between Vaulta and that customer.

Using Vaulta

Customers are responsible for authorised use of their workspace, the accuracy of information they provide and the security of their account credentials. Vaulta may suspend access where necessary to protect the service, customers or third parties.

Confidentiality and data

Each party must protect confidential information received from the other. Vaulta handles personal data in accordance with the applicable customer agreement and our privacy policy.

Service availability

Vaulta works to provide a reliable service, but availability commitments apply only where they are expressly included in a customer agreement.
