Use Chargebee data in Vaulta
The Chargebee integration brings subscription, invoice and settlement context into Vaulta. Finance teams can use expected receipt dates in cash forecasts and review billing context when bank transactions are reconciled.
Connect Chargebee
- In Vaulta, open Integrations and select Chargebee.
- Choose Connect Chargebee.
- Enter a restricted API key created for the Vaulta connection.
- Select the Chargebee sites and currencies to include.
- Review the requested read permissions, then allow access.
Vaulta does not change subscriptions or collect customer payments through this connection.
Map settlement accounts
Assign each Chargebee settlement currency to the bank account where receipts arrive. This helps Vaulta match expected and actual cash without relying on description text alone.
Review connection health
Vaulta records each successful sync and displays an alert when credentials expire or data becomes unavailable. Users with integration-management permission can reconnect or remove the integration.
