Scenario comparison for cash forecasts

Finance teams can now compare forecast scenarios directly in Vaulta.
What is new
- Duplicate a current forecast into a new scenario without changing the approved base view.
- Adjust receipt timing, planned hiring, financing and discretionary spend independently.
- Compare weekly closing balances and minimum liquidity across scenarios.
- Add a short explanation to every changed assumption.
Scenario comparison is available to Scale and Enterprise workspaces. Existing forecast permissions apply automatically.
